How many tons are in a yard?
The standard conversion factor is 1.2 tons of aggregate material per loose yard. However, that factor can vary depending on the type of material and if the material is settled or compacted.

What are the steps for new customers?

What is your minimum order?
We can deliver small orders from 5 ton to large orders of 36 ton per truck and as many trucks as you need.

How do I apply for credit with Aden Aggregates?
Fill out the Credit Application form on our website and send it to [email protected] for review and approval.

How do I pay for my delivery?
We accept ACH, cash, credit card, and check as forms of payment. If you are a commercial account, we can set you up with an account.

How is your material sold?
All our material is sold by the ton. All trucks are weighed before being ticketed on a certified scale. We do not sell any material by the yard.

What are your prices?

When is my credit card charged?
All credit cards are charged when truck is on scale before leaving.

Can I pick up my order directly from one of your facilities?
Yes, direct loading at our facilities is available. Contact the relevant scale house for specific pick-up hours and requirements.

Can I pickup my own material?
Yes, you can load at any of our locations with vehicles as small as a landscape trailer.

Can we haul for you?
Yes, we hire 3rd party trucks daily to assist with all types of hauling. Call 845-990-ROCK (7625) and ask about becoming an Aden hauler.

Can you truck other material for my project?
Yes, we rent trucks to our customers daily for onsite uses to move all types of material including dirt, asphalt, jobsite spoils and any material you need moved. We are happy to truck any aggregates for you from our competitors or any other sources you have lined up. Call 845-990-ROCK (7625) and ask for truck rental and logistics services.

Do you offer delivery?
Yes, most days we can fill delivery orders same day. On busy days it may be next day. We encourage you to call orders in the day before you need them to help us plan better.

What are your delivery options and charges?
We provide delivery via dump trucks and trailers, with capacities ranging from 5 to 42 tons. For specific charges, please contact dispatch directly.

What area do you cover with delivery?
Our trucks have the ability to deliver to a large area in and around the Hudson Valley and NYC Region. We are most competitive in Orange, Sullivan, Rockland, Westchester, all of NYC and Northern NJ as well as all of Long Island.

Do you test your material?
Yes, we frequently monitor material specs with 3rd party labs and can provide product submittals as needed.

How much material do you have available ?
We generally run a high inventory and like to be several hundred thousand tons ahead with our production. We do not like to run low on any product and we manage our inventory as such.

If your material DOT approved?
Yes, our quarries are DOT approved please ask for current approval with your material submittal.
