This is real topsoil — not a blend, not imported fill. Its native soil stripped from local land development sites before construction, stockpiled, and screened to ½” minus so it comes out soft and workable with no large clumps or debris.

The pH averages around 7.0, which is right in the sweet spot for grass, gardens, and most landscaping plants. It has natural organic content from years of being actual topsoil, so it supports root development and plant establishment without needing a lot of amendment.
