Medium Stone Fill – Erosion Control & Slope Stone

Water moving across a slope or through a channel will carry off anything undersized or rounded. Medium Stone Fill is quarried and crushed at a size and weight built to resist that force. The angular faces lock against neighboring stone instead of rolling, and the mass of each piece keeps it anchored under flow conditions that would wash out smaller material.

This is quarry-run rock, not a screened decorative product, so the color and shape vary piece to piece. That’s expected and it doesn’t affect performance. The variation is part of what a natural stone fill on an embankment looks like.
